Oxana helps her clients solve intractable people and organisational problems – those where people’s motives and capabilities fall critically out of sync with the organisation’s goals. She diagnoses such complex conflicts and helps resolve them through bespoke analytics-based transformations of organisations, teams, and individuals, always towards measurable business outcomes.
Examples of her work include people analytics support to a Multinational Telco and a Global Bank to optimise their talent development offering, redesign of an engineering service operating model in an Oil & Gas Major to recover its technical integrity, and reorganisation of global HR teams in a Big Pharma Company to spur them into strategic capability-building.
Oxana has 15+ years’ experience working with C-level and senior leaders as a strategy adviser, management consultant, organizational effectiveness executive, business school educator, and behavioural science scholar.
She has designed and delivered people analytics and organisational solutions in knowledge-intensive industries, such as Industrials, Technology, Pharma, Energy, and Engineering.
