Oxana has 15+ years’ experience working with C-level and senior leaders as a strategy adviser, management consultant, organizational effectiveness executive, business school educator, and social sciences scholar.
She has designed and delivered organisational solutions in knowledge-intensive industries, such as Industrials, Technology, Pharma, Energy and Engineering.
Oxana leads cross-functional teams to improve workforce engagement, productivity and performance through data-driven business transformation, organizational redesign, leadership development and culture change.
Her recent Doctoral research explored the mechanisms of successful vs. derailed senior leadership transitions.
Oxana holds a PhD in Management from Cranfield School of Management, an MBA from London Business School and undergraduate degrees in social sciences from Denmark and Russia. Oxana is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Previously, she worked with leading management consultancies and blue chip clients across the UK, Europe, Russia, Central Asia, and the Far East.
