Mr. Saccavini joined Korn Ferry in 2014, within the Leadership and Talent Consulting practice.
He has been active in designing and developing Leadership and Talent Consulting services over the past 15 years, working in primary consulting and executive search companies, on important national and international projects.
Mr. Saccavini has been constantly focused in delivering value to the client by linking and aligning talent to business, engaging senior executives and HR function. Major assignments delivered cover following areas: Assessment, Talent Strategy, Talent Management, Competencies model and framework, Human Capital Value Management solutions, Human Capital Reporting and Human capital strategic planning.
He has managed important assignments In Italy and abroad with major clients within Financial Service industry, Life science, Telecommunication, Energy and Utility, Retail-Consumer at national and international level.
Mr. Saccavini has supported major PE firm in the Due Diligence process, with Management appraisal required to review alignment of management teams with business strategy.
Prior to Korn Ferry he was Principal at leading international executive search firm in charge for Leadership Consulting Practice in Italy.
Mr. Saccavini built his consulting experience in Arthur Andersen MBA (Management Business Advisors) and Deloitte, within the Business Consulting Practice, focused on design and implementation of Human Capital value analysis and human resources management.
Born in Rome, Mr. Saccavini got a degree in Economics at Università Cattolica of Milan. Co-author of the book ""Techniques of Private Equity"" by Matteo Carlotti for Egea, he drafted the chapter on Human Capital.
