Mr. Chan led the annual remuneration surveys and extracting insightful findings from research for clients.
Mr. Chan also played senior human resources positions in corporations covering a wide range of functions including client management, compensation, talent acquisition, MIS and administration mainly in financial industry.
Mr. Chan has in-depth corporate and human resources consulting experience. He has worked with many clients across different industries, leading in compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluation, building effective grading structures, developing incentive programs, structuring compensation packages for senior executives and involving in employee engagement, performance management, workforce analytics and organization site selection projects.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Mr. Chan is the Career Products Leader in Mercer Hong Kong.
Mr. Chan earned his MBA at Holmes Institute in Melbourne, Australia.
