Senior Principal

Rachelle Zhang is a Senior Principal with Korn Ferry Consulting, working in the firm’s Culture, Change, and Communications capability in North America.

She leverages a human-centered and data-driven approach to helping organizations reach their business goals.

Rachelle’s range of experience includes leadership alignment, change management, cultural transformation, and employee engagement within a variety of industries.  Her passion for people management, advisory, and behavioral changes allows her to be a trusted partner to a wide range of clients.  

Rachelle’s recent focus has involved making global strategies come to life, implementing effectiveness and efficiency initiatives, and transforming organizational culture.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Rachelle was the Director of Consulting and Americas Change Management Practice Operations Lead for leading advisory firms, where she oversaw client delivery and managed consulting operations.  In addition, she has focused her career in both large and small consulting firms.

Rachelle has a Master’s Degree in the Business of Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Willamette University. She is involved in the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and is Prosci® Change Management certified.
