Senior Client Partner, Advisory, Total Rewards

Rob Cho is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry’s Advisory practice in Singapore, specifically focused on Total Rewards for APAC.

Mr. Cho has more than twenty-five (25+) years of experience advising organizations across a range of industries, with deep technical expertise in the areas of executive compensation, total reward strategy and performance management/metrics. 

He has worked with clients in North America, Europe and Asia and has led over one hundred (100+) client engagements in detailed executive reward design, at the Board/C-suite levels, sales teams and broader employee populations.  In addition, he has led over twenty (20+) M&A and HR transformation engagements. 

Mr. Cho has served as the remuneration advisor to Boards and Executive Committees at numerous top 50 firms - specifically in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

Mr. Cho emphasizes commercial pragmatism and transparency in designing, implementing and communicating total reward solutions for his clients and in ensuring that proper stakeholder management issues are addressed.

He recently served as Managing Director, Corporate Affairs, for a mid-cap, Hong Kong-listed hospitality and gaming company, overseeing two (2) successful business transformations.  Portfolio management and oversight included Group Human Resources, Corporate Communications, IT, Administration, Government Relations and Special Projects.  

Prior experiences include leading the Financial Services, Human Capital M&A/Transactions and Business Performance Management practices for multiple human capital advisory firms and corporate executive compensation roles in the financial services sector.

Mr. Cho received a B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, USA.
