Associate Client Partner, Organization Strategy

Robert S Grossman is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategy practice, based in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Mr. Grossman’s expertise focuses on the organization, people, and talent issues of large-scale transformations. Rob spent over a decade in Big 4 consulting firms’ Human Capital and People & Change practices and has expertise in organization design, change management, and talent alignment.

In addition to his time in consulting, Rob led enterprise planning and analysis for a Fortune 10 company’s HR function, where he had domestic and international areas of responsibility.

Mr. Grossman earned a degree in History from Colgate University and an MBA in Management at Tulane University.

Mr. Grossman is known for his abilities to:

  • Drive the process to help design and develop organizations, including individual roles and responsibilities, competencies, structure, size, and spans of control. 
  • Design, develop, and deploy change management and communications strategies and tactics, for both leadership and staff.
  • Work across functions (Finance, IT, HR), industries (Healthcare, Energy, Consumer & Industrial Products, Financial Services, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), and organizational drivers (systems implementation, cost reduction initiatives, mergers & acquisition activities, and new leaders).
