As a member of the firm's Global Human Resource practice, Robert focuses on serving clients in an array of diverse organizations across all industries, including financial services, life sciences, services, technology, media, and industrial. He has identified C-Suite talent within HR such as CHRO's, Heads of Learning and Development, Training, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Diversity & Inclusion. He has also recruited several core functions including general management, finance, information technology, sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Robert was a Director in the Global Human Resources and Inclusion practices at CTPartners. He also served as a member of the Financial Services and Chief Information Officer (Technology & Operations) practices, where he focused on clients across investment banking, asset management, and private wealth management. Previously, Robert was an associate with Boyden Global Executive Search. During his tenure, he was based in Sao Paulo, Frankfurt, Miami, and Baltimore/Washington, D.C. Robert also spent two years with Principal Search focused on foreign exchange and commodities recruitment.
Robert is a graduate of Lafayette College and has studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
A native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Robert is fluent in Portuguese and German and has a conversational command of Spanish. He maintains citizenship in the United States, Brazil, and Germany.
