Sam joined Lucas Group as the Vice President of Strategic Sales enhancing all verticals of business.

Bringing over twenty years of knowledge, Sam helps to execute strategic development as well as drive growth and expansion. Prior to Lucas Group, he founded and led two technology staffing firms. In addition, Sam served as Market Vice President for KForce growing reputable, critical Fortune 100 accounts within the healthcare, logistics, and financial services sectors. He also drove significant year over year growth in his Ohio and Kentucky business units while achieving 16 years of sustained profitability.

As Vice President of Strategic Sales, Sam works as an advocate for the organization to grow revenue streams across the enterprise. This includes the strategic sales strategy, client development, client retention and optimizing operational efficiency. Sam’s ability to cultivate and maintain relationships between Lucas Group and Technology Staffing Associates plays a key role in the company’s growth.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys road trips on his motorcycle, golf, and playing guitar. Also, Sam is an avid Louisville Cardinals football and basketball fan.
