Ms. de Lange is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Johannesburg office.

Ms. de Lange works within Business Development in the sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region. She has a keen appreciation for cultural dynamics within diverse business environments across the region. Over a period of 25 years she has delivered various successful business solutions to a diverse set of clients in SSA and South Africa.

Ms. de Lange's strength lies in analyzing clients' business requirements and matching the relevant Korn Ferry stakeholders, solutions, and services to client requirements, ensuring the seamless delivery of value-add business solutions.

Ms. de Lange is a thought leader in developing job evaluation and job profiling systems and solutions. She helps organizations design and deliver tailor-made solutions related to reward across different sectors and geographies.

Ms. de Lange‘s areas of expertise include job profiling and job evaluation (including development of web-based solutions), expertise in standardization of job titles, career path development, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, reward, client and union interactions and training, business development and building long lasting relationships, marketing and sales, mentoring, and coaching of consultants and agents.

Ms. de Lange has a bachelor of economics degree from the University of Stellenbosch. Sanet has been consulting in the remuneration space for over 25 years. She is also a member of IPM (Institute of People Management) and SARA (South African Reward Association) and is certified by the South African Reward Association as a chartered reward specialist.

Ms. de Lange is fluent in English and Afrikaans.
