A member of Korn Ferry's Health Center Practice, Ms. Wheeler's Practice offers deep industry knowledge to search assignments, which focus on providing talent management solutions for Health Science Centers.

During Ms. Wheeler's 6 years as a member of the Korn Ferry's Academic Health Center Practice, she has specialized in the recruitment of senior level executives, administrators, academicians, and physician and scientific leaders within the areas health-systems, higher education and academic medicine. Ms. Wheeler provides seamless solutions to virtually every position in academic health centers with expertise tailored to the client's needs. She leverages rich talent pools that have been built specifically for academic health centers searches.

Ms. Wheeler's client work includes more than 120 search assignments recruiting leadership throughout the health science centers of America, both public and private. She has worked extensively with health science centers to help them build transformative leadership teams at multiple levels of the organization.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Wheeler began her professional career providing administrative support for a Family Health Center Residency Program where she recognized her passion for Academic Health. After completing her degree Ms. Wheeler worked for a health advocate organization where she provided insight and tips pertaining to healthcare, insurance, and healthier living in general.

Ms. Wheeler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Cedar Crest College, where she studied Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration.
