Senior Client Partner

Sergi Pérez is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s Barcelona office. 

Mr. Pérez has supported for the last 15 years a financial institution specialized in private banking through its organizational and business evolution. During this time he has supported a generational change within the executive committee, a CEO succession, a corporate culture and leadership development process, a merger process as well as the gradual implementation of people management systems to support business evolution.

He has also helped to develop the organization and HR corporate policies of a quoted group, during the implementation of a new structure and group culture, expansion and internationalization through mergers and acquisitions. 

Mr. Pérez is specialized in reward, both at professional and top executive levels, including various components of the reward package as well as the different aspects of its design and implementation: communication, legal ratification, advising executive and compensation committees from quoted and private owned companies.

He is also specialized in supporting the management team through the delivery of business plan implementation projects, including the strategy and corporate culture model deployment and the development of management systems that make the strategy implementation possible through people engagement.

He has a wide experience in the financial sector, especially in banks and Andorra’s banking sector, and in multinational companies from several industry sectors. 

Mr. Pérez has a bachelor of science in business science and a master’s degree in business administration from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, 1985.
