Senior Client Relationship Manager

Sergio Bento is a Senior Client Relationship Manager for Korn Ferry located in the Firm's Johannesburg office.

Mr. Bento works with a wide variety of clients across different sectors and geographies. He maintains and expands relationships with strategically important clients, and has lead compensation and benefits projects, health status and account strategy while identifying and driving expansion opportunities, ensuring assigned markets and customers needs and expectations are met.

At Korn Ferry, Mr. Bento has successfully helped clients in the private and public sector, such as Banking, Mining, ICT, Energy, Oil & Gas industries.

Mr. Bento's expertise has allowed him to work with executives in defining critical pay and talent requirements for business success, and designing and implementing programmes that can bridge the gap between human capital demand and supply.

He has lead projects involving reward training, pay and engagement measurement, improvement and design of retention strategies.

His other areas of expertise include proven account management skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships, Employee Benefits Design, Job Evaluation, Job Family design, and Reward Strategies, as well as helping organisations put the right reward tools in place to support the retention of critical skills.

Mr. Bento has a Certification in Photography (Technikon Witwatersrand, South Africa) and is accredited in some service lines and products of Korn Ferry.

He is currently completing a CRM certification with the India Institute of Management and a Business Leadership MicroMasters programme with Queensland University Australia.
