Prior, Sharad spent close to 15 years at a global consulting firm where he was the Regional managing director, Asia-Pacific, Middle East & Africa (AMEA).for Strategic Advisory Practice.
He is an expert on M&A, digital and business transformation. He advises clients on complex human capital issues that accompany organization & HR transformation stemming from strategic digital or business shifts and complex global / in country deals.
Mr. Vishvanath has deep expertise in supporting clients through transformation phase on aspects linked to Balance Scorecard design & deployment, transformative organization redesign, strategic workforce planning, Governance and Organization implementation, KPI linkage and cascade Compensation Strategy & Design etc.

Mr. Vishvanath holds an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.E. from IIT Roorkee. He has a 20 year career working across banking and consulting and has worked in multiple countries.
