Ms. Thiele has been working as a consultant for several years specializing in data analysis, compensation and leadership & talent. Her consulting focus is the assessment of the appropriateness of compensation levels of Board members as well as the redesign of long-term variable compensation systems.
Furthermore, she has extensive experience in accompanying national and international compensation surveys and annual report analyses for Executive and Non-Executive Director compensation in Europe and possesses strong analytical skills and broad knowledge of compensation policies and corporate governance.
Ms. Thiele holds a Masters degree in International Business from the Hult International Business School in San Francisco and a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.
She is fluent in German and English.
