Mr Clarke advises the Management Committees and Partnership Boards of his clients on internal structuring, overseas expansion, acquisition, amalgamation, in-depth strategic assessment and also provides advice on global mergers. In addition Mr Clarke acts on high level team and partnership moves, both with a domestic and cross-border element.
The geographical remit of Mr Clarke's practice includes EMEA, the Americas, the Middle East, the Far East and Australia. His expertise covers a broad variety of practice areas, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Transactional work, Banking and Finance, Regulatory, Capital Markets, Derivatives, Project Finance, Energy and Natural Resources, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Dispute Resolution.
Before joining Korn Ferry Mr Clarke ran his own boutique search and advisory firm, prior to which he worked as a lawyer at Burges Salmon.
Mr Clarke received his Bachelors Degree (LLB) in law from the University of Sheffield and was awarded an LLM ( Hons ) Degree in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
