Ms. Rinderle has 25 years of professional experience garnering diversity results for clients and employers in multiple sectors across the U.S. and abroad, including corporate (especially high tech and professional services), non-profit, healthcare, education and government. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she ran her own consulting company.
Ms. Rinderle equips leaders and organizations to solve a pressing problem or go from good to great through the science of inclusive leadership and new school approaches to diversity and inclusion which draw on brain science and evolutionary biology.
Ms. Rinderle brings both breadth and depth to her expertise in training design and delivery, leadership coaching, consulting, assessment, organization development, facilitation, talent and leadership development, and diversity & inclusion.
She was the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals.
Ms. Rinderle's thought leadership has appeared in The Huffington Post, Workforce Magazine, Diversity Executive, Training Magazine and Diversity Best Practices. She has published articles on diversity, Mexican and Native culture and U.S. Latinos in academic journals and commercial publications.
She was featured at TEDxABQ 2012, speaking on Diversity is Necessary for Human Evolution.
Ms. Rinderle holds an M.A. in intercultural communication from the University of New Mexico, and a B.A. in sociology focused on race, ethnicity and social stratification. She also studied art, history and sociology at UNAM in Mexico City. She is an Associate Certified Coach through ICF.
Ms. Rinderle is fluent and literate in Spanish, and held a university position in Mexico.
