Previously he was managing director of Korn Ferry Korn Ferry Indonesia, the Reward Practice leader for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA) and was the Country Head for Korn Ferry Singapore.
He has over 20 years of experience, specializing in a broad range of consulting services focused on organization and people. He is a seasoned consultant that leads the effort in developing and maintaining Building Effective Organization, Leadership & Talent Management and Reward Practices.
Mr Damanik has advised senior executives and works with clients to align their organizations with their strategic intentions, and this includes strategy clarification, organization and job design, manpower planning, performance management, talent management, alignment of human resources strategy and system, executive development, executive coaching and leadership program for large-scale transformation and organizational change program.
Mr Damanik has consulted organizations in areas of organization effectiveness, top-team alignment, executive compensation, reward strategy, leadership transformation and development. Some of these key consulting projects have benefitted clients in sectors including mining, banking, telecommunications, airlines, and ministries.
Mr Damanik is also specialized in organizational restructuring, reward management, organization and work design, executive compensation and stock options. In his more than 20 years of consulting experience, he has consulted organizations in Indonesia and a number of international projects in Asia (Singapore, Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan).
Mr Damanik holds a Bachelor of Science (International Relations), University of Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia.
