She works with clients to help them improve organizational & leadership effectiveness based on her in-depth experience and understanding on HR consulting. Also, she helps them transform their leaders to be aligned with their strategies through redesigning leadership development programs and conducting executive assessments, followed by coaching.
Teresa's areas of expertise include leadership assessment & development, and competency modeling. She also has a broad range of experience in increasing capability or improving effectiveness of the whole organization through workshops or designing HR systems.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked as a senior consultant in Mercer Consulting mainly to design HR systems including performance measurement systems, reward systems and global HR, etc.
Teresa has a B.A. in Psychology from Yonsei University, Korea. She received her M.A. Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in NYC.
