Thomas Escaré is an Associate Client Partner within the Assessment & Succession Practice.

Mr. Escaré brings in 20+ years of experience in Human Capital Management.

His expertise lies in the area of talent management:

  • Strategic account management in Financial Services, Defense and Automotive industry
  • International project management
  • Talent management system design and implementation – HiPo identification, succession management and leadership development

His pragmatic, result-oriented and issue-solving approach are especially appreciated by clients eager to drive growth, change and transformations with measurable impact.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he held positions in HR advisory in multi-cultural environments including the US, India, Europe and Japan. He worked extensively across functions with key assessment & development engagements for Sales, Procurement, Engineering, HR, Finance and IT Executives and their teams.

Mr. Escaré holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEEC and FHTW Berlin.

He is PRINCE2 and HOGAN certified.

He is fluent in French, English and German.
