Thomas Piecha is a member of the firm's Global Industrial Markets practice and focuses his work on the industrial sector for public, private and private equity backed companies.

Mr. Piecha has developed his expertise across a wide range of industrial businesses including energy, diversified manufacturing, engineered products and capital equipment.

He is primarily involved in international search projects with particular experience in CEO and Board searches as well as other senior executive searches in general management, corporate strategy, and sales & marketing.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Piecha did work in the manufacturing practice of another international search firm.

Mr. Piecha graduated from the Universities Mannheim and Marburg in Germany and holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Economics.

He is fluent in German and English.
