Mr. Wiseman specializes in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of organizational change strategies including leadership engagement and development, business-process improvement, job role and organizational alignment, communications, work force transition, and post-implementation value capture.
He has managed the organizational impacts of several large-scale global transformation projects for Fortune 100 companies. He has specific experience with enterprise-wide technology implementations, including SAP, Siebel, and Oracle, and has actively developed, coordinated, and delivered content-specific and functional change implementation strategies, communication, training, and organizational support tactics. He also understands organizational, cultural, and technical environments and the human dynamics around organizational growth and change.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wiseman was a senior manager for transformation, change and process solutions at BearingPoint, formerly KPMG Consulting. Prior to that, he was a principal organizational change management consultant for Oracle Corporation. His experience also includes training specialist for Gateway Computers and project manager for the corporate training division of Pikes Peak Community College. He is a skilled facilitator for coaching, problem solving, conflict management, communi-cations, critical-thinking skills, and experiential adventure team building.
Mr. Wiseman earned a master's of business administration degree in organizational management from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in business administration and communications from Regis University.
