Davies

Principal

Tom Davies is a consultant based at Korn Ferry's Manchester office.

Mr. Davies specialises in implementing organisational strategy and transformation, and developing reward strategies. He works mainly with central and local government clients, in Higher Education, and with not-for-profit organisations.

His areas of experience are reward strategies, job analysis, operating model design, organisational design, work measurement, and reward strategies.

Mr. Davies has experience of managing public procurement projects, and developing business cases. He has also worked with a number of local authorities to design and develop their organisations so that they can create excellent conditions for their leadership.

Mr. Davies provides facilitation and training, alongside assisting clients with team dynamics and development.

A Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and PRINCE 2 Practitioner, Tom has a BA in Politics from the University of Nottingham and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management from the University of London (SOAS).
