Prior to joining Korn Ferry in January 2019, Mr. Hellier was a Senior Director at Willis Towers Watson. Over 12 years, he held a number of roles in the UK and North America, most recently, leading the GB rewards practice and sat on the global rewards leadership council for the firm. Before entering consulting, he worked in a generalist HR role for a market leading mobile software company.
Mr. Hellier has over 15 years experience in line and Consulting roles. He supports clients in a number of industries across the people agenda with particular focus on the strategic relationship between organizational performance, individual performance and reward.
Mr. Hellier has deep expertise in reward strategy development and program design, post-transaction reward, and sales compensation.
Working with a broad range of clients including Accenture, AP Moller-Maersk, Asos, AstraZeneca, Atkins, Brakes, Britvic, BP, Coca-Cola European Partners, EasyJet, Fidessa, Imperial Brands, Interxion, Kingfisher Group, London Stock Exchange Group MasterCard, Swiss Re, The Guardian, Visa Europe and Yeo Valley.
Mr. Hellier received a bachelor of arts honors in Social Policy from University of York, a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the Greater Toronto Rewards Association in Canada.
