Principal Client Director

As a member of Korn Ferry’s Digital Enterprise Sales team, Ms. Rawson helps clients across industries to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth.

Ms. Rawson is responsible for cultivating long-term client relationships at senior and c-suite levels representing the full suite of Korn Ferry Solutions, with a focus on Accelerating Revenue Growth and Sales & Service. She is passionate about collaborating with the right team of experts internally to create solutions for client needs. Ms. Rawson believes in earning a “trusted partner” status internally at Korn Ferry as well as externally with clients. Her background includes account  management and execution, stakeholder  interviews, qualitative data collection and  analysis, collaborative recommendation  creation, workshop facilitation, and coaching.

Ms. Rawson possesses an extensive background in Global Sales, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations. Throughout her career she has partnered and worked with Fortune 500 and national nonprofits across industries including Technology, Media, Finance, Hospitality, Industrial, and Retail.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Rawson was the Vice President of Business Development for a Corporate Travel Management company that offered SaaS based solutions within the corporate travel industry. Ms. Rawson was responsible for Training, Onboarding and ongoing Management of the Sales & Marketing Teams. With a primary focus on setting strategies and sales enablement in conjunction with 50 global offices, she collaborated with advisory teams, to leverage the firm’s full line of capabilities.

Ms. Rawson earned her M.B.A. in International Business from Louisiana State University, and her B.S. in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University.
