Mr. Li has over 20 years of work experience both in China and overseas, many of which were devoted to strategy and HR consulting. In recent years, Mr. Li has been helping clients improve strategic execution capability and achieve organizational alignment. He has successfully led the implementation of many management consulting projects involving integrated solutions and addressing multiple management areas such as strategy execution, performance management, and other HR management areas. He successfully assisted many large Chinese enterprises such as Baosteel, China Telecom and PetroChina in their management improvement efforts.
As an excellent trainer and coach, Mr. Li has delivered open seminars and internal training/coaching programs to various well-known enterprises including Maersk, Ricoh, DSM (China), Messer, Delphi, and Shanghai General Motors, etc.
As a senior and experienced management consultant, he has published many publications on various influential magazines, including New Economics, Peking University Business Review, CO. Companies, etc. He is also one of the key translators of several influential publications by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, including The Strategy-Focused Organization, Alignment, and The Execution Premium: Linking Strategy to Operations for Competitive Advantage.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Li was an associate director with PricewaterhouseCoopers, principal with PRTM consulting and partner consultant with eGate consulting.
Mr. Li holds a bachelor degree from Shandong University in China and an MBA degree with honors from RMIT University in Australia.
