Korn Ferry Enhances Development Program as First Class Graduates from Company's 'Talent Academy'ť

First Class Graduates from Company’s Newly Opened Dallas Recruitment Center of Excellence and Training Center

Los Angeles, August 6, 2015Korn Ferry, a Korn Ferry company (NYSE: KFY) specializing in high-impact talent solutions, today announced the graduation of the first cadre of recruiting and RPO professionals from its “Talent Academy.” The enhanced learning, development and onboarding program is designed to develop recruiting and RPO specialists at all levels of the Korn Ferry organization and is the newest part of the company’s in-depth training initiative.

Members of the first group are either recent college graduates or are new to the profession. They took part in the program in Dallas, which is the location of Korn Ferry’s North American Recruitment Center of Excellence (RCOE). The newly opened RCOE in Dallas includes a dedicated training facility for the Talent Academy that will accommodate programs for colleagues of all levels across the organization. Additional programs are either taking place now or will take place in all of Korn Ferry’s global Recruitment Centers of Excellence such as China, New Zealand, Poland, India and Buenos Aires. Future classes will include programs for senior professionals.

“The program is designed to develop core competencies in recruitment and expand overall foundational business skills through a modular curriculum approach that builds upon existing Korn Ferry and Korn Ferry learning programs, intellectual property and best practices, “ said Talent Academy Global Leader Bernadette Pheifer. “The program accomplishes this through classroom learning that includes a master facilitator and guest speakers that are typically current leaders in the organization and hands on simulations. The new graduate program includes a job co-op component, where participants work in both the Search and RPO functions, under the supervision of a senior Korn Ferry professional.”
