Location selected based on area’s growth as an international commercial hub

Manchester, 22 March, 2017 – The Korn Ferry division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organisational advisory firm, has today opened the doors of its new Talent Delivery Centre (TDC). The new facility will complement Korn Ferry’s existing hubs and will take a lead role in the company’s regional delivery of senior and specialist recruitment services.

Located in central Manchester and based in an existing office of Korn Ferry, the Talent Delivery Centre staff will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through seamless delivery and candidate management directly to clients, including GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). In a desire to better respond to business requirements and to help prepare for future recruitment demand, the pharmaceutical giant recently partnered with Korn Ferry to assist with hiring across its Consumer Healthcare, Global Functions and Pharmaceutical business units.

Korn Ferry also has plans for the deployment of consultants exclusively dedicated to its Professional Search services, delivering single and multiple professional search level hires, to complement the client solutions on offer.

The launch of the eighth Korn Ferry TDC follows those already established in Texas, Buenos Aires, Warsaw, Bangalore, Manila, Shanghai and Auckland.
