LOS ANGELES, November 12, 2015 — Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent authority on leadership and talent, today announced that Michael Stanford has joined the firm’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business as a Senior Partner based in Zurich.
Mr. Stanford has joined Korn Ferry from a world-leading executive education institute, IMD business school in Lausanne, where he operated at a senior leadership level and was imbedded in the creation of the organization's strategy and the execution of its core operational activities.
Mr. Stanford is a senior professional with a distinguished career in executive development, and has worked with many of the world's leading organizations on the front lines of leadership development, helping them design, deliver and evaluate critical executive leadership interventions.
Mr. Stanford’s core belief in the power of creative learning and development to change lives and transform organizations is at the heart of his work. He is dedicated to helping leadership development providers, professionals and practitioners bring their brilliance to the world.
