BUENOS AIRES, February 14, 2017 — Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Clara Cardinal has joined the firm as Principal, Global Financial Market. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s Buenos Aires office.

Ms. Cardinal brings with her almost 20 years’ experience in Executive Search, Strategic Consulting and Financial Services. She has a strong international background having worked in São Paulo, Zurich and New York.

In Ms. Cardinal’s most recent role with another global search firm, she conducted high-level searches for roles in the Financial Services sector as well as for senior level positions within global firms across a variety of industries.

Ms. Cardinal began her career with the international banking group Merrill Lynch, before joining McKinsey & Co, first as a Financial Services Knowledge Manager and Expert, then as a Client Services Executive, managing a product solution across Europe.

Ms. Cardinal earned a B.A. (hons) in International Relations and Political Science from the Universidad del Salvador in Argentina and a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University, New York. She is fluent in Spanish Portuguese, English, French and Italian, and has a strong command of German.
