LOS ANGELES, October 28, 2019 - Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Clive Smit has joined the firm as a senior client partner. He is based in Korn Ferry’s London office.

Smit has over 30 years of consulting and industry experience in people organization strategy and development, having served leading clients in the industrial, life sciences, transport and defense markets. He joins Korn Ferry from a global advisory firm where he was a director within the Organization Transformation practice. Before that, Smit was a director at a management consulting firm where he oversaw organization transformation and talent consulting for private industry clients in the UK and north western Europe.

Earlier in his career, Smit held multiple advisory leadership roles in leading management consulting firms.

Smit holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Cape Town.
