LOS ANGELES, Feb. 13, 2019 — FertilityIQ surveyed more than 30,000 IVF patients on their employers’ – or spouse’s employers’ – policy to determine the most supportive companies with IVF coverage. Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) is proud to be among the companies recognized for its fertility benefits.

FertilityIQ’s survey examined two characteristics in the fertility benefit plan: the dollar amount for IVF procedure coverage and the extent to which employees must meet pre-authorization standards to use the benefit. Korn Ferry offers $30,000 in IVF treatments and does not require pre-authorization, making it accessible for all new and longtime employees regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
Korn Ferry also offers a host of other family-focused benefits to further its family culture, including ova and sperm freezing and storage, a “Healthy Pregnancy, Healthy Babies” program, and once the baby has arrived, partnerships with Care.com to assist with daycare needs.
