Helen Symes Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Los Angeles, CA March 17, 2020

 

Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced Helen Symes has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the firm’s Advisory practice in the Industrial market. She is based in Korn Ferry’s London office.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she ran the global leadership practice for a workforce transformation consultancy. Before that, she led client engagements at a boutique leadership development organization. She started her career with Arthur Andersen and qualified as a chartered accountant before moving into a business consulting role.

Symes has worked with global organizations to build leadership capability, drive performance and deliver results. Her client projects include multi-level, blended leadership programs to support culture transformation at a leading global organization in the automotive sector.

She studied French and drama at the University of London.
