Los Angeles, April 24, 2017 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Joseph DiMisa has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office.

Throughout his career, Mr. DiMisa has focused on all aspects of sales strategy, Sales Force effectiveness, sales compensation and customer service effectiveness. He works to develop and implement sales strategies and sales effectiveness programs that drive profitable growth.

Mr. DiMisa joins Korn Ferry from Sibson Consulting, where he was Senior Vice President leading the Sales Force Effectiveness Practice. In this role, he led the Corporate Sales and Marketing Effectiveness Business Unit.

Previously, Mr. DiMisa was Senior Practice Leader at the Alexander Group Incorporated, where he ran the consulting division’s telecom/communications/high-tech practice.

Mr. DiMisa holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree from Troy State University. He is the author of a best-selling business book The Fisherman’s Guide to Selling, Reeling in the Sale – Hook, Line and Sinker; (Adams Media, 2007) and Sales Compensation Made Simple; (World@Work Press, 2009).
