Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Juan Pablo Gonzalez has joined Korn Ferry as a senior client partner in the firm’s advisory practice and Professional Services industry sector leader. He is based in Reston, Virginia.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gonzalez was a partner and senior client executive with a several global professional services firms and has served as a corporate human resources executive, responsible for combining and leading the compensation, benefits and human resources information systems functions for several leading public and private companies.

Gonzalez has more than 25 years of experience across a range of critical issues including organization strategy, strategic and operational planning, human resources and talent strategy, total rewards, and performance measurement.

Gonzalez holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
