-Rankings Released by Forbes Magazine and Analytics Firm Statista-
Los Angeles, May 3, 2017 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, was recognized today in Forbes Magazine as “America’s Best Executive Recruiter” among 250 executive recruiting firms. Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to compile the rankings.
As noted in Forbes, analytics firm Statista invited thousands of recruiters, employees who have worked with recruiters over the past three years, and HR managers to take an online survey. The survey asked them to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own), and it gathered a total of 20,000 recommendations. The companies with the most recommendations ranked highest.
Providing insight on the rankings, the Forbes article stated: “Korn Ferry took the top spot on the executive recruiters list. The Los Angeles-based company has 7,000 employees and works with 93% of the highest-grossing companies in the U.S. It places candidates in dozens of sectors, ranging from investment banking to industrial manufacturing and education.”
“To be recognized by our clients, industry peers and organizations across America as the ‘best executive recruiter’ for 2017 is an honor,” said Gary D. Burnison, CEO, Korn Ferry. “I’m equally excited that the other half of our business today is generated from work that touches on all other areas of talent – from organizational advisory services and strategy execution to leadership development, compensation and rewards and more. We’re pleased that our firm has a role in changing the lives of so many executives and helping our clients continue to drive performance through their people.”
