-Firm receives ‘Top of Mind’ award for 13th time-

São Paulo, Oct. 31, 2017 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that its Korn Ferry division has been recognized as the “Top of Mind Reward Solutions Consultancy” in Brazil by a pool of over 10,000 HR professionals in the country.

Top of Mind is one of the most prestigious awards offered to consultancies in Brazil. For the last 20 years the award has distinguished and recognized the most memorable companies based on nominations by HR service providers, companies with recognized HR practices and key HR executives. This year’s Top of Mind awards included 34 categories and Korn Ferry won its 13th recognition in the Compensation Consulting category.

About the process: A group of HR executives indicates their service providers in each category. The five top providers in each category are identified and an open vote process is started with about 10,000 HR professionals.

With this award, Korn Ferry further reinforces its position as a leading provider of compensation solutions in Brazil.
