Los Angeles, May 12, 2017 – Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Richard Kantor has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner and Global Solutions Architect. He will be based in the Stamford office and will be a member of the global leadership team for the Rewards and Benefits Solutions practice.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Kantor was a Partner and Global Leader of Ernst & Young’s Reward Practice. He is a leading expert in Total Rewards and has over 30 years of experience working generally in all areas of compensation. Mr. Kantor has worked on the ground in more than 75 countries serving the complex and global rewards needs of fast growing companies and emerging market clients.

Mr. Kantor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & International Business, with a minor in Economics, from Northeastern University.
