New York, 1 Mar 2022, - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Dr. Yvette Burton has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the firm’s Consulting business, focused on organization strategy. She is based in the New York office.
Burton has extensive experience working as a strategy advisor and business development executive helping organizations implement agile human capital strategies to build inclusive, cross-sector innovation and growth. She has multi-disciplinary expertise spanning media, consumer, industrial, financial, M&A, public and defense sectors.
She is also the founding CEO of Silent Partner Solutions LLC, a human capital consulting solutions firm and has worked for various global professional services firms, as well as Lockheed Martin and IBM.

Burton holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, a Master of Arts in criminal and procedural law from the City University of New York at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Doctorate of Philosophy in human and organizational systems from the Fielding Graduate Institute.
Burton is a published author and award-winning behavioral data scientist. She is a Professor of Practice Emeritus and inaugural Academic Director for Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies and has recently launched a Business Certificate Program in DE&I innovation strategies at New York University’s School of Professional Studies.
