As well as help with filling out forms, the chatbot helped dynamically arrange her interview, checking interviewer diaries, sending timeslots, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Then when she landed the job, the chatbot again used their dynamic scheduling capabilities to help with the onboarding. Setting up meetings, automatically sending out paperwork, and tracking what she and her new employer needed to do to complete the hire.
