Ms. Flynn has over twenty years' experience developing leaders; she also has deep insight as an organizational leader and consultant through her career experience in global consulting firms and working internally at two Fortune 150 companies. Ms. Flynn is an accomplished executive coach, presenter, and facilitator whose expertise includes assessment, leadership and organizational development, and talent management tools and processes.

She has diverse experience with senior executives around the globe: her clients include global multi-national corporations and mid-size companies, universities and colleges, and the non-profit sector in a wide array of industries such as life sciences, financial services, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, and professional services.

As an organizational consultant, Ms. Flynn partners with her clients to achieve world-class talent management solutions. As a coach, she focuses on understanding the individual within the organizational context, and helps her clients build self-awareness, enhance contribution, and connect to the needs of the marketplace.

She has received formal Coaches' Training through the New Ventures West Coaching to Excellence.

Ms. Flynn rounds out her organizational experience with an education in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota. She earned a master's degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Marymount Manhattan College.
