Mr. Wood is recognized for his knowledge of technology leadership across financial markets  and has completed senior-level search  assignments in all areas of technology across  investment banking, capital markets, asset  management, and broader financial services in all the principal financial centers around the  world.

He has also delivered assignments for large technology-based multinationals at a regional and global level. He works closely with the global CIO practice and has an additional track record across COOs, operations, transformations and FinTech.

He joined Korn Ferry from a leading financial  services boutique in London where he built  their technology practice from scratch over five  years. Prior to this he worked in the technology  practice for a leading International financial  services search firm for three years and, before  that, in the technology practice at Heidrick & Struggles.

He has a degree in computer science from Oxford Brookes University.
