Associate Client Partner


Alison White is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s London office.

Ms. White is a member of the Public Sector Team working with senior leaders across the sector. She has spent much of her consulting career in the public sector, working to improve organization and team efficiency and effectiveness whilst aligning organizations to new operating models, structures and ways of working.

Ms. White has a practical and personable approach, working with clients to understand complex issues and blockers, developing plans and approaches with them for a more effective way of working in future. She is committed and passionate to high quality outputs that deliver the changes clients require.

Ms. White works with senior teams to review their strategy, and plan how they approach delivery. She helps clients develop operating models and detailed supporting processes, structures, roles, skills, and systems.

Working with clients, Ms. White runs development days for teams to assess skills and competencies and agree new ways of working and culture change. She has worked with leadership development and coaching, including program managing the delivery of Challenging Leadership Program.

Within the health sector, Ms. White worked with leadership teams to agree and implement effective approaches to workforce planning. 

Ms. White holds a bachelors of science in economics from Cardiff University and is Prince II accredited. She is trained in competency assessment, Change First methodology and completed an advanced organization design course at Ashridge Management School.
