Ana is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, based in the Mexico City office.

She has more than 23 years of experience in the consulting arena, helping organizations in the decision-making process to drive business results.

As a consultant Ana has participated in several projects including strategic compensation, risk assessments, talent management, benefits strategy, change management  and mergers and acquisitions.

Her experience as the head of Compensation and Benefits in large global organizations,  allowed her to be involved in several M&A projects, helping these companies to  effectively integrate HR and compensation programs.

Her career in both, consulting and as head of C&B, allows her to combine experience, knowledge, and technical skills, with high-impact strategic consulting, in order to add value to organizations and/or clients, and produce measurable business results.

Her background as actuary provided Ana experience in benefits’ consulting, risk management and strategic compensation.

She led the M&A initiative in other consulting firms achieving comprehensive knowledge in complex transformation and integration projects as well as building strategic interventions with large organizations.

She has extensive experience in: Contingent Liabilities, Strategic and Executive Compensation, Benefits Strategy and Flex Design, Mergers & Acquisitions, Human Resources Transformation and Total Rewards

At Korn Ferry, Ana is the leader of Rewards for Mexico and Central America.

Ana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and a Master degree in Finance by ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autonomo de México). She has concluded post-graduate studies in: Executive Management - IPADE Business School, Business Analytics - The Wharton School, Digital Disruption Strategies - University of Cambridge Judge Business School and Executive Compensation Strategies – The Wharton School.
