Benjamin Sada is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Madrid office. He leads the Executive Pay and Governance practice in Spain.

Mr. Sada has worked for companies across different industries worldwide on defining Global and Regional Total Reward policies, from broad-based reward to Executive compensation.

He has collaborated with clients on the definition of reward policies aligned with corporate strategies, and the implementation of those policies in different geographies.

Mr. Sada works with organizations to build and develop compensation strategies and programs to address strategic business objectives, attraction and retention needs.

In his role as Total Reward Director for a number of multinational companies, he has helped organisations to translate their business strategy into short and long term incentives. He also has designed executive pay models and strategies in support of M&A and restructuring activity.

Mr. Sada advises both remuneration committees and senior management in market benchmarking, job analysis and evaluation, the design and implementation of incentive plans, executive pay, broad base global compensation and benefits and employee mobility.

He also has expertise in compliance and compensation risk assessments, corporate governance, drafting of remuneration reports and preparation for annual shareholder’s meeting.

Mr. Sada studied Administration and Finance at Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM).

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as Director of Total Rewards for Lloyds Bank Private Banking, Covidien-Medtronic and Sacyr. He developed his consulting career at Mercer, where he spent 11 years in various locations in Mexico, the United States and Spain.
