Beverley Wild is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Cape Town office.

Ms. Wild designed customized job evaluation tools for a large fashion retailer for stores and merchandising, improving the job evaluation process by introducing role slotting and use easily understood business specific definitions

She supported one of the largest financial services clients to drive improvements in the HR Shared Service Centre by redesigning the operating model, structures.

Ms. Wild developed ideal store management structures for a global retailer to enable the implementation of the store operations strategy and to drive cost optimization and consistency.

Ms. Wild partners with clients to develop innovative people solutions focused on enabling organizational strategy execution. She works across all the service lines, with particular depth and expertise in work measurement, reward, and organizational design.

Ms. Wild has worked with numerous blue chip organizations across all industries to develop and tailor reward strategies, practices and structures for their particular needs, including introducing appropriate job evaluation systems and processes. She has led a number of organization design assignments, aimed at aligning organization structures to new operating models and achieving improved efficiencies.

Ms. Wild is a specialist in the retail industry.

Ms. Wild joined Korn Ferry in December 2005, after consulting independently for 11 years. During this time she assisted clients with reward solutions and Human Resources project management. Before commencing her career in consulting she spent 10 years working as an HR generalist and reward specialist with Woolworths and SANS Fibres.

Ms. Wild has a Social Science degree from the University of Cape Town.
