Bill Greenfield is a Senior Client Partner based out of Korn Ferry Hay Group’s Toronto office.

Mr. Greenfield has been project manager/client manager on numerous reward assignments for clients across all industries, including the major Canadian financial institutions, petrochemicals, mining, utilities and manufacturing. His career spans 30 years of providing advice on the integration of jobs and organizations with reward systems and performance management initiatives.

As client manager, Mr. Greenfield’s role is to ensure that the client’s strategies, goals and objectives are appropriately linked and understood from a human resources perspective. 

Mr. Greenfield’s expertise areas include Korn Ferry Hay Group job evaluation/work measurement, compensation design, relationship management, team facilitation and organization understanding.

He also provides a leadership role within Korn Ferry Hay Group Canada’s job evaluation and work measurement practice by actively working with other client managers and their clients to ensure that appropriate work measurement tools are designed and applied. This ranges from the application of the traditional Korn Ferry Hay Group guide chart-profile method of job evaluation to the custom design of integrated levels of work models, job families and role profiles. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Mr. Greenfield worked at Scotiabank for 12 years in a variety of human resource management and line management positions. He received his post secondary training and education at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto.
