Bojan leads the Canadian Financial Services Transformation Practice as well as the Canadian Technology and Professional Services Practice.

His work focuses on helping organizations transform their product, operations and technology platforms to keep pace with digital innovation affecting their business models. In addition, Bojan works on talent solutions at the intersection of business, technology and operational work flow, helping clients assess and understand the fast changing talent landscape, test and adopt best practice operating models and attract, develop and retain transformative, learning agile leaders. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Pavlovic was a Senior Vice President of Transformation Services with CGI Group, a global provider of technology solutions. Bojan focused on the Financial Services and Telecom sectors, working on complex digitization and transformation initiatives.

In a previous role, Mr. Pavlovic served as the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Infrastructure at Aimia – a global loyalty solutions provider. He started his career at Ernst and Young.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Tafelmusik, Canada’s award-winning orchestra specializing in Baroque and early music. 

Mr. Pavlovic holds a Master and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, with emphasis on strategic management and organizational behaviour. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.

Mr. Pavlovic speaks English, French, German and Spanish.
