Bryan Dobkin



Bryan Dobkin is a Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s Chicago office. In addition to working on a variety of client engagements, Mr. Dobkin leads the U.S. Client Delivery team, which is responsible for end-to-end execution of client survey projects.

Through customized survey programs, Mr. Dobkin helps clients understand and manage employee engagement in order to drive higher levels of individual performance, reduce turnover among high achievers, and enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. He works closely with clients on all aspects of employee engagement initiatives.

In order to provide true value and lasting, positive change, Mr. Dobkin partners with his clients to identify their organizations biggest obstacles to employee effectiveness and supports them in developing solutions to these issues.

Mr. Dobkin has nine years of human resource experience, six of which have been spent focusing on employee engagement and organizational survey efforts. He manages the delivery, analysis and consulting efforts on employee survey initiatives for large, global clients across a variety of industries. Mr. Dobkin has deep experience with a wide range of research techniques including surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews.

Areas of expertise include: employee engagement, organizational culture assessments, survey research, change management, talent retention, and HR strategy.

Mr. Dobkin graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a masters degree in human resources and industrial relations. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, he worked for three years as a consultant and project manager with Avatar Solutions.

Mr. Dobkin is a graduate of General Electric’s human resources leadership program, during which he filled a variety of HR roles across their supply chain organization.
