Ms. Miranda has designed and conducted leadership transformation processes that have enabled companies to set up the capability and talent conditions to meet ambitious targets (growth, new strategies, M&A).

Ms. Miranda has contributed to the professionalization of various organizations through design and successful implementation of people related management solutions: governance, payment schemes, variable recognition systems, performance management, measurement strategy and talent management.

She has allowed the capture of efficiencies through improvements in areas such as organizational design, sizing of the workforce, identifying and closing capability gaps.

Ms. Miranda has over 15 years of experience in the field of organizational consulting, creating solutions for "organization and people" to accompany business strategies. She has participated and led projects, working with leaders and executive teams of local and international companies in a variety of industries such as retail, banking, oil and gas, agriculture, consumer goods, telecommunications local companies, multinationals, among other.

Ms. Miranda’s main areas of expertise include leadership and talent, coaching, succession planning, assessment of capabilities, and potential, effectiveness of executive teams, talent strategy, development and competence management, design of compensation strategies, sizing positions, workforce planning, performance programs, and employee engagement and culture.

Ms. Miranda holds a bachelor in business administration with honors from the University of Buenos Aires. She is a certified coach by the ICC (International Coaching Community) and trained in Hay Group’s "Research and Development Center" in executive and organizational development.

Ms. Miranda is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
