Caroline Chantereau brings over 15 years of professional experience in recruiting executive leaders within the industrial market in general (manufacturing, process industry, industrial services) with a focus for the last 7 years on Finance and HR executives from various sectors such as retail, industry and services.

Caroline works on international searches for small (VC backed), medium-sized or large international companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Caroline worked for two global competitors for 14 years and previously for McKinsey in Paris as an Internal Recruiting Coordinator.

Caroline is specialized in the building materials, BtoB distribution and agribusiness spaces with roles spanning from ExCom to Director levels across functions including CEOs, GMs, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations positions.

Caroline studied French and Foreign Litterature at the Universite Catholique de l'Ouest in France.

She is fluent in French and English.
